- Left-Hander’s Day – August 13
- Relaxation Day – August 15
- Assumption Day – August 15
- Bad Poetry Day – August 18
- Senior Citizens Day – August 21
- Tooth Fairy Day – (August 22 and/or February 28)
- Kiss and Make Up Day – August 25
- Women’s Equality Day (Suffrage) – August 26
I’d start a National Ice Cream Day, but someone beat me to it.

My husband, my mom, and my MIL are all left handed! I always say you don’t need a reason to celebrate, but I think we’ll be celebrating them on the 13th! Great post

I love reading the weird and wacky holidays! I think my favorite is Friendship Day – how sweet!

I love wacky holidays! I’m left handed so I think for National Left-Hander’s day I’m going to eat a bowl of ice cream just because I’m left handed.
